Flowers for Mashi – support from local people

A local family have offered their help to the foundation.  I have known the family for 5 years now and we have remained friends since my first visit to Ecuador.  Ana and Belen (mother and daughter) have offered to crochet flowers to sell.

Belen says:

“Nos estamos tejiendo flores para ayudar a la Fundación que ayuda a niños de bajos recursos.  Aqui en Ecuador hay muchos  niños pobres que necesitan apoyo. Con la venta de las flores podemos tener dinero para ayudar a los niños de mi pais.  Esperamos que les guste lo que hacemos y puedan obtener una de estas.  Con estas flores puedes adornar tu carterra, tu celular, tu llavero o broche en tu ropa. “We are crocheting flowers to help the Foundation which helps children in poverty.  Here in Ecuador, there are lots of poor children that need support.  With the sale of the flowers we can have money to help the children of my country.  We hope that you like what we are doing and you can get one of them.
